Here’s what I do…

Melody uses recycled magazines to create surrealism imagery to express her perceptions of feminism and androgenous roles in society. She is dismantling archaic ideals of the human purpose on this planet and is focused on blurring the lines of gender in hopes to show what we simply experience.

Noy, living with Usher's syndrome, harnesses her unique sensory perception to create collages from carefully selected images. Each piece is a testament to her extraordinary ability to evoke emotion and narrative through precise composition and vibrant color.

Beyond her artistic achievements, she is a passionate advocate for accessibility in the arts, empowering those with sensory impairments to explore their creative potential. Through her work, Melody invites us all to see and feel the world in new, extraordinary ways, proving that art is a universal language without limits.

let art take you

surealism imagery

It all begins with a feeling and then an image I’ve found in a magazine that I’m flipping through. I go back to the feeling again and, much like a puzzle, the pieces start to tell me where to go. Then the message starts to emerge, the meaning of it is all coming together and is revealing itself to me. It’s organic, it’s alive, and it’s born right in front of me. All I do is give it a name.

Recycle

Every piece is created with recycled magazines. I want to create with materials that already exist on our planet.

High-impact Imagery

Don’t be deterred by the white space around my images. It’s intentional and allows the viewer to focus deeply on the central image. The message is right there.

What does it mean to you?

The absolute best thing about art is that it only needs to elicit a response from within you. It doesn’t matter what that response is. Art is such an intimate way to learn about yourself! That is my soul purpose in making art, it’s for you to get a response and wake-up something with-in you.
